Made to order, on purpose
Every item in this store is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing is mass-produced on a guess, and nothing gets marked down and thrown away when it doesn't sell. It's one of the least wasteful ways to make physical goods — and it's the reason our return policy works the way it does.
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. A made-to-order shirt can't be un-printed or resold; a return would simply send it to a landfill, which is exactly what this model is built to avoid. So all sales are final.
We know that's a real trade-off, so here's the other side of the deal.
If something's wrong, we make it right
If your order arrives flawed, misprinted, damaged, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us, and we'll fix it — no need to ship anything back.
Just email us at store@JC2028.org within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (it's in your confirmation email)
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what's wrong
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You keep the original — there's nothing to return.
Get the size right the first time
Sizing is the most common reason people want to swap an item, so we'd rather help you avoid it than process a return after the fact. Every product page includes a size guide — please check it before you order. Garments run differently by style, and a quick look at the measurements saves everyone the hassle.
The short version
- All sales are final (everything is made to order).
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: free replacement or refund — just send a photo, keep the original.
- Report any issue within 15 days of delivery to store@JC2028.org.
